As a first time home buyer at the age of forty-seven and having lived in a rent controlled apartment for twenty-four years in San Francisco, I was searching for an agent that was knowledgeable about the market, well connected, strong negotiator, respectful of time, thoughtful listener and patient. I interviewed several agents and the one that exceeded my expectations during our first conversation was Jason, who was referred to me by a friend and colleague.
